At the Fountains Hotel and Apartments in Cape Town, we take conservation very seriously and try to run our hotel in such a way that we can contribute towards a cleaner, safer and more sustainable planet.
We prevent, reduce or mitigate harmful effects that our operation may have on humans and natural resources by using only environmentally friendly products, educating our staff, using energy saving devices, conserving water, and we minimise waste by recycling. We encourage our suppliers and contractors to apply similar environmentally friendly standards. Our green policies are monitored regularly to see where improvement can be made.
Some examples of how we try to be kinder to the environment and minimise our environmental impact:

We make electronic copies accessible and only print what and when it is absolutely necessary.
